• Pure foam sofas and sofa beds selected for UAE apartments and rental homes
• Washable sofa covers, accessories, and related home products
• No-tool sofa assembly guidance and delivery support
• Product information about measurements, care, safety, and warranty coverage

3. Product Safety Disclaimer

Important: Our sofas and related content are designed for residential seating, comfort, and everyday home use. Always follow the assembly, cover-care, and safety guidance supplied with your product. Product information on the Service is not a substitute for professional advice about building rules, tenancy requirements, or accessibility needs.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Purchases and Payments

• Physical products: Refunds available within 30 days of receipt for unused items in original packaging
• Damaged items: Full refund or replacement for items damaged during shipping (photo proof required within 48 hours)
