Product price and DDP freight
Listed AED prices cover products only. DDP freight from China to the UAE is additional. When packed volume is verified, the exact AED freight charge and order total appear in the cart and checkout; otherwise online checkout pauses while we confirm a packing quote.
Estimated transit time
DDP sea-freight transit is estimated at about 45 days after freight booking. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date; final timing is confirmed with the quote and may vary by destination, customs, and delivery conditions.
Compact-pack logistics
Each eligible sofa is packed compact for apartment delivery. Compare the packed size on the product page with your lift, corridor, stair turn, and apartment door before ordering.
Returns & delivery issues
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for an eligible sofa in line with our Refund & Returns. If a box arrives damaged or the item is incorrect, contact support@ospacehk.com within 48 hours with photos of the sofa, carton, and delivery label.
